Guarantee availability and size by pre-ordering!! Orders must be received by November 1, 2009. We accept team orders only. No individual orders please. All shirts sizes Youth Medium to Adult XXX-Large, $15.00. Pre-ordered shirts must be picked up at registration Friday night, November 13, 2009. Limited quantities of t-shirts will be available at the fields. Order now to ensure your team gets a shirt.

In order to successfully submit your t-shirt order you must:

  1. Complete all required order information in the form below. (This includes size and quantity of each shirt) Choose Youth Medium to Adult XXX-Large (note no Youth X-Large to available as Adult Small is same size) All shirts are Long-Sleeved Grey.
     
  2. Send ONE CHECK per team order with the team name and age group to the address below made payable to "NNFC". Please include your team name and age group on your checks.
