Payment: The entrance fee must be received within 10 days of application submission to guarantee consideration for the tournament. Application deadline October 19, 2009. Make checks payable to NNFC and mail to:

Entry Fees: I understand that if my team is not accepted, the entry fee will be refunded in full. The application and check must be received in the Tournament office on or before the application deadline to guaranteed consideration. All late applications and those online applications received without a check after the deadline will be placed on a wait list for review. Upon acceptance, the fee is non-refundable. Make check or money order payable to NNFC. No faxed applications will be accepted. In order for the Tournament Committee to evaluate your application, it is imperative that each team submits correct/complete information. If necessary, league administrators will be contacted for verification of stated information. Notification of Acceptance will be via e-mail. Verbal acceptance will not be granted.

Waiver of Liability: We the undersigned representative of this participating team, to induce the tournament committee to accept this team registration and permit this team's participation in the tournament applied for, do agree to release, indemnify and to hold harmless NNFC officials, schools, districts, sponsors, coaches, referees, and/or representatives from any claim arising out of injury to named participants on this team, and we certify that each player registered is covered by an approved medical insurance plan as required for youth soccer. Further, we recognize and acknowledge that adverse weather is an act of God and we will accept all decisions regarding playability of facilities (and therefore, potentially, the outcome of competition) by the tournament as final without objection, appeal or compensation.

LODGING: To ensure your team quality accommodations, CSTT Sports will serve as the official Hospitality Service for the tournament. All teams are suggested to book any hotel reservations through CSTT Sports to ensure the best tournament experience from start to finish. Upon final acceptance, CSTT Sports staff will contact the team POC to assist in your hotel accommodations. Please visit the CSTT Sports link at Hotels List or under Hotels for participating Hotels. Hotels are updated regularly as hotels are added to the list.
