Guarantee availability and size by pre-ordering!! Orders must be received by August 23, 2010. We accept team orders only. No individual orders please.

In order to successfully submit your t-shirt order you must:

  1. Choose shirt sizes Youth Medium to Adult X-Large at $12.00 each and/or Adult XX-large at $13.50 each. Pick up pre-ordered shirts at registration Friday night, August 27, 2010.
     
  2. Complete all required order information in the form below. (This includes size and quantity of each shirt.) Choose Youth Medium to Adult XX-Large. All shirts are Short-Sleeved White T-Shirts.
     
  3. Send ONE CHECK per team order with the team name and age group to the address below made payable to "NNFC". Please include your team name and age group on your checks.
