Newport News F.C. where future champions train... by Al Cousineau, Director of Coaching
The plans are in motion to address the club's need for a long term solution regarding soccer fields in Newport News. We are about to begin the process of submitting a grant application to the United States Soccer Federation to assist in the development of additional soccer fields in Newport News. The plan also includes meeting with city leaders to address the benefits of creating tournament field space similar to Warhill Park in James City County which would benefit the city directly with hundreds of teams visiting the city each and every year. |
