Newport News FC is proud to offer one of the finest youth development programs in Virginia. In our program, professional coaches, teach players the proper ball skills and basic decision making principals they needed to play competitive youth soccer. Our program is modeled after the Dutch Total Soccer System where young players play small sided games that require every player to make attacking and defending decisions.
 

In addition to the training sessions, every player participates in league games against other Academy players so they get a chance to practice what they learned. This program is designed for players who have shown a interest in playing travel soccer and provides the foundation of future soccer success to everyone who participates. Registration begins August 1st for the Fall and February 1st for the Spring. The program is open to boys and girls ages 7-9*. (*age exceptions can be made by Director)

To Register for either date, email the Development Director with your name, your child's name, your child's date of birth, and your phone number. Payment should be mailed to the address listed below. Once your registration information is received, we will send confirmation of your registration to you. Also, a club waiver should be completed and turned in the first day of practice.
