Coach Cousineau is a former San Diego State University Intramural player, former semi-professional player, Virginia Olympic Development Staff Member, former High School Varsity Coach, Founder and Director of the Colonial Virginia Soccer Academy. Coach Cousineau has over 15 years of youth soccer coaching experience and holds his National Youth, Regional, Advanced Regional, National, and Advanced National Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He was recently named to the Virginia Education Staff for the NSCAA.

At Christopher Newport University, Coach Carney had her #13 jersey retired, reached the Elite Eight in 2004, and was 3 time conference champion, 2 time regular season champion, 3 year captain, 3 time all tournament team, Conference tournament MVP 2006, 2nd team All-Region by D3kicks.com 2006, 3rd team All-American by NSCAA 2006, First team All State 2006, First Team All Conference 2006, Team MVP 2005 and 2006, 2nd Team all Conference 2005, and Honorable Mention All Conference 2004. At Longwood University Coach Carney was 2nd Team All-State 2002, 2nd All Conference 2002, and All Tournament Team 2002.

Coach Timas is a former professional player with TVS Burgberheim. He has over 15 years of coaching experience at various age levels. He coached his Fayetteville NC team to the U18 state indoor championship in 1983. He holds his Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and an USSF "F" License.

Coach Reyes was named the 2004 Va. Rush Academy Coach of the Year. He holds his National and National Youth Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, a Brazilian C License and an USSF D License. Coach Reyes has over 15 years of soccer coaching experience which includes: 5 years as an Olympic Development Program Evaluator for the Virginia Youth Soccer Association, former Head Coach for Tidewater Community College, Current BRUSA Soccer Academy Evaluator and former Assistant Manager/Coach with Old Dominion University.

Goal Keeper Trainer - Berkeley Brandt

Coach Brandt has played for club teams at James Madison University and with the U.S. Navy. He holds a Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and has been coaching youth soccer for the past 20 years.

U10 Elite - Victor Reyes
Coach Reyes was named the 2004 Va. Rush Academy Coach of the Year. He holds his National and National Youth Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, a Brazilian C License and an USSF D License. U10 Premier - Jamie Abston
Coach Abston has coached youth soccer for almost 10 years in Poquoson. Coach Abston has also played at various levels. He has served on many various youth soccer associations including serving as Vice President for the Poquoson Athletic Association. Coach Abston holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Coach Stumpo, Has over 15 years of coaching experience, played college soccer at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and holds his Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U12 Celtics - Boban Blazanovic
Coach Blazanovic is a former 1st Division player from the former Yugoslavia. He also played semi-professionally for 5 years and has 10 years of travel soccer coaching experience. He holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U12 Cavaliers - Gary Smith
Coach Smith is a former player and coach for the University of Virginia. He also has over 15 years of youth coaching experience at the Travel and High School levels at various age levels with Peninsula United, Phillips Select, Warwick and Falls Church High Schools.

U13 Hotspurs - Brian Rogala
Coach Rogala has 10 years of experience playing travel level soccer in New England and Europe. He has over 8 years of youth soccer coaching experience including local travel tournaments, the North America Sand Soccer Championships and several All- Star teams. Coach Rogala holds a Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
Assistant Coach Steffen Sexton
Coach Sexton has played over 11 years of competitive soccer most recently with Fishburne Military School. He has coached youth soccer for the past 3 years and holds a Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U14 Elite - Predators - Randolph Scott
Coach Randolph is a former college player and coach with the NN Apprentice School. He holds an Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and has an USSF D License. Coach Randolph has over 15 years of youth coaching experience including: Travel Soccer, High School Varsity and the Peninsula Adult Soccer League. He is also a State Certified Grade 8 Referee.

Coach Dreybus is a former University of Virginia player with over 15 years of coaching experience which includes coaching College soccer at the Apprentice School. He holds his KVNB certification and his USSF B License.

U17 Premier - Braves - Richard Hall
Coach Hall has been involved in AYSO since 1997 which includes coaching at the older age levels. He most recently coached for the Tidewater Soccer Club. Coach Hall also holds a National D License from the United States Soccer Federation and a Regional and Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U18 Elite - Heat - Gaston Saada
Coach Saada is a former professional player (France), he has 15+ years of coaching experience. He holds his USSF B, C and D Licenses, a Brazilian C License, and a Regional and Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U10 Freedom - Emily Schwab
Coach Schwab has played soccer for over 10 years for the Soccer Organization of Charlottesville-Albermarle and the Monticello United Soccer Club. She played High School soccer for Albermarle High School where she was selected as the Team Captain. Coach Schwab has be involved with youth coaching over 5 years and holds her Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Coach Armstrong is a former Intramural player at Texas A&M University and holds his USSF License from the United States Soccer Federation. He has been actively involved in youth coaching since 2000.

Coach Webb holds the NSCAA National Youth License, USSF National D License and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. He has over 15 years of youth coaching experience, ODP Coaching experience and was a former professional player in Germany.

Coach Webb is a former professional player with Schweinfurt FC which competes in the Bundeslige Div. 3 in Germany. He also played college soccer at Louisiana Tech University. He has over 15 years of youth coaching experience at various age levels including work for the Virginia Youth Soccer Association as an Olympic Development Program coach and evaluator. He is also a certified strength and conditioning coach and graduate of Christopher Newport University. Coach Webb currently holds a National Youth Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, a National "D" license from the United States Soccer Federation.
