Coach Cousineau is a former San Diego State University Intramural player, former semi-professional player, Virginia Olympic Development Staff Member, former High School Varsity Coach, Founder and Director of the Colonial Virginia Soccer Academy. Coach Cousineau has over 15 years of youth soccer coaching experience and holds his National Youth, Regional, Advanced Regional, National, and Advanced National Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He was recently named to the Virginia Education Staff for the NSCAA.

Coach Webb holds the NSCAA National Youth License, USSF National D License and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. He has over 15 years of youth coaching experience, ODP Coaching experience and was a former professional player in Germany.

Boys' Assistant Director of Coaching

Coach Timas is a former professional player with TVS Burgberheim. He has over 15 years of coaching experience at various age levels. He coached his Fayetteville NC team to the U18 state indoor championship in 1983. He holds his Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and an USSF "F" License.

Coach Hernandez has coached for Beach FC for the past 3 years and was personally coached under USA Men's National Team coach Zac Abdel. He holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U10 Boys - Raymond George
Coach George currently holds a United States Soccer Federation Certification and a Regional Diploma License from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Coach George has over 15 years of International playing experience and has coached youth soccer for over 5 years.

U11 Boys - Randy Scott
Coach Scott has been involved in coaching travel youth soccer for almost 10 years. As a player he was named as an All TCIS Conference team while playing at Peninsula Catholic High School where he was also named Male Athlete of the Year. He holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U13 Boys - Boban Blazanovic
Coach Blazanovic is a former 1st Division player from the former Yugoslavia. He also played semi-professionally for 5 years and has 10 years of travel soccer coaching experience. He holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. 

U14 Boys - Al Cousineau
Coach Cousineau is a former San Diego State University Intramural player, former semi-professional player, Virginia Olympic Development Staff Member, former High School Varsity Coach, Founder and Director of the Colonial Virginia Soccer Academy. Coach Cousineau has over 15 years of youth soccer coaching experience and holds his National Youth, Regional, Advanced Regional, National, and Advanced National Diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He was recently named to the Virginia Education Staff for the NSCAA.
Assistant Coach: Brian Rogala
Coach Rogala has 10 years of experience playing travel level soccer in New England and Europe. He has over 8 years of youth soccer coaching experience including local travel tournaments, the North America Sand Soccer Championships and several All- Star teams. Coach Rogala holds a Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U15 Boys - Randolph Scott
Coach Randolph is a former college player and coach with the NN Apprentice School. He holds an Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and has an USSF D License. Coach Randolph has over 15 years of youth coaching experience including: Travel Soccer, High School Varsity and the Peninsula Adult Soccer League. He is also a State Certified Grade 8 Referee.

U16 Boys - Al Cousineau

U17 Boys - Ed Timas

U18 Boys - George Dreybus
Coach Dreybus is a former University of Virginia player with over 15 years of coaching experience which includes coaching College soccer at the Apprentice School. He holds his KVNB certification and his USSF B License.

U18 Boys - Richard Hall
Coach Hall has been involved in AYSO since 1997 which includes coaching at the older age levels. He most recently coached for the Tidewater Soccer Club. Coach Hall also holds a National D License from the United States Soccer Federation and a Regional and Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U10 Girls - Randy Hernandez

U12 Girls - Emily Schwab - Randy Hernandez
Coach Schwab has played soccer for over 10 years for the Soccer Organization of Charlottesville-Albermarle and the Monticello United Soccer Club. She played High School soccer for Albermarle High School where she was selected as the Team Captain. Coach Schwab has be involved with youth coaching over 5 years and holds her Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Coach Hernandez has coached for Beach FC for the past 3 years and was personally coached under USA Men's National Team coach Zac Abdel. He holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. 

U13 Girls - Sait Sahin
Coach Sait Sahin holds B licenses from The Belgian Football Association (URBSFA), The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) and The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Former semi-professional player, and has over 15 years coaching experience at various age levels. He also holds his State Goal Keeper and Regional Goal Keeper diplomas from the National Soccer Coaches association of America.

U14 Girls - Sait Sahin

Coach Webb holds the NSCAA National Youth License, USSF National D License and is a certified strength and conditioning coach. He has over 15 years of youth coaching experience, ODP Coaching experience and was a former professional player in Germany.

U17 Girls - Chris Shifflett
Coach Shifflett has coached travel soccer in Hampton Roads for the past 8 years, he was a high school standout and has played intramural at Old Dominion University. Coach Shifflett holds his Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

U18/U19 Girls - Justin Chezem
Coach Chezem is a current Assistant Coach for Christopher Newport University and standout former CNU player. Coach Chezem has coached travel soccer and high school soccer for the past 5 years.

Joe Stumpo - Academy Staff Coach
Coach Stumpo, Has over 15 years of coaching experience, played college soccer at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and holds his Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
