Team Accomplishments include:
The United is the U11 Elite boys team for Newport News Football Club. After a slow start last fall to start the U10 year we finished the spring season strong, reaching the semi finals in The Busch Spring Shootout and The Jamestown Cup. We expect to build on our success during the Spring 2008 season and have an exciting fall 2008 season. We are led by Coach Joe Stumpo, who has over 15 years of coaching experience, played college soccer at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and holds his Advanced Regional Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
